I am so excited to meet you!

I am passionate about many things but there is something I adore most and that’s hair. When you ask some people about their job they will complain about monotony; However, in my profession the creativity and artistry leave days full of tailored change. If I had to choose one thing I love most about my job it would be the everlasting bonds I make with every client. When you sit down in my chair, I am not just cutting your hair, but rather assisting you to be whole heartedly you. You’ll leave feeling as beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside.

Charles Munger once said “Those who keep learning, will keep rising in life”, and it my personal mantra. In a field like mine its essential that I stay educated on new trends and techniques so that I can cater to your wants and needs. Most importantly, I make it a priority to thoroughly educate you on how to keep your hair beautiful and exactly how you like it!

It’s so very important for me to have a wide spectrum of methods as well as a creative mind when it comes to hair design. My personal favorite is Head Shape Matters. The results are individual, tailored to you, and extraordinary! Not only will you know the cut is perfect but so will everyone else.

I was born and raised in Mid-Michigan and have been blessed with a loving family that has supported me in all my endeavors. I was raised as a curly haired only child and I used to get so frustrated with my hair. My loving mother would try to reign in my curls, yet many times I ended up with a frizzy frenzy. I’m sure anyone that has a similar position can relate! I have found that there is no standard method for taming those wild springs. I hold myself personally responsible for making sure that you and your curls are a perfect match!

Baby-lights, is my favorite blonding technique. It’s a natural looking way to have amazing dimensional color with out the “stripe-y” look. It looks beautiful months and months later.

When I’m not crafting your elegant style, I may be found taking a walk or a hike on one of Washington’s lovely trails. Or when the weather is less than ideal, I love to cozy up on the couch and watch my favorite Netflix shows.
